Fees

Initial Intake: $160. Follow Up Appointments: $140.

Payment Policy

Credit card payment is expected at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are expected to give 24 hours notice for canceled or rescheduled appointments. Failure to give 24 hours notice will result in a $75 charge to the credit card on file.

Insurance

I am in-network with Cigna, Aetna, United Health Care, Oxford, BCBS, and Oscar Health. At this time I am out-of-network with all other insurance providers.

Out of Network

If you have out of network benefits, services may be covered. I can provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance provider for partial or full reimbursement. Please check with your insurance carefully as I do not guarantee any reimbursement.

Reduced Fee

I offer a limited number of reduced fees for clients in need. Please ask about availability and eligibility requirements upon initial contact.
